Amongst our favourite specialist meats, we have kid goat, iberico meats, suckling pig, and milk-fed Pyrenean lamb.
Our partners in farming are dedicated to quality, although we are always searching for additional UK growers looking for a route to market. Oakleaf now work with a number of British speciality farmers.
Excellent quality venison, rabbits, hare, wood pigeon, pheasant, partridge, woodcock & grouse direct from the shoot.
A huge range of pasteurised and unpasteurised, soft and hard cheeses, produced from cows, goats and sheep. Butters, crème and yoghurt complement the dairy offering.
We work directly with various producers of unique products including oils, vinegars, spices and butter.
